What you need
pumpkin puree (I used canned pumpkin), glutious rice flour, sugar, salt, and dessert shells
What you do
In a bowl, combine 200g pumpkin puree, 250g glutinous rice flour, 30g sugar, and 0.5T salt. Mix well until the mixture forms a dough.
In a steamer, bring water to a boil. Line a steaming tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil. Place the dough mixture on the parchment paper and steam for 10 minutes.
While it’s steaming, crush and sift the dessert shells to create crumbs for coating.
After steaming, remove the dough and allow it to cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, fold the dough 30 times to make it chewy and improve the texture.
Flatten the dough and coat it with the crushed dessert shell crumbs. Then, cut the dough into bite-sized pieces.
