What you need

tuna steak, olive oil, and sesame seeds

What you do

Lightly sprinkle oil and salt on both sides of the tuna steak.

Coat the tuna evenly with sesame seeds, pressing them gently to adhere.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking.

Sear the tuna for 30 seconds per side, ensuring a crispy sesame crust while keeping the center rare.

Remove from heat, slice, and serve!
